DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.3 515 FAO-2046-2008 NARESH KUMAR V/S RAM GARIB AND ANR. Present: None for the appellant. Mr.D.P.Gupta, Advocate and Mr.Gopal Mittal, Advocate Ms.Suman, Manager, Ms.Babita Rawat, Assistant Manager for the National Insurance Company Ltd. As nobody appeared for the appellant on the last date of hearing, notice was issued to him for today, which has been duly served. In spite of this, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant has lost interest in the appeal. In the circumstances, the appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the appellant to get it revived, if so advised, by moving an appropriate application.
