Prayer made in the present petition is for directing he respondents to grant benefit of extension of two years/reinstate the petitioner in service upto the age of 60 years, being 40% physically disabled and to pay the conveyance allowance and arrears thereof alongwith interest. 2. Learned counsel submits that the first prayer has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner has not been granted conveyance allowance as per Rule 22 of the Haryana Civil Services (Allowances to Government Employees) Rules, 2016, despite the fact that he is having 40% locomotive disability, Annexure P-1, which was rounded upto 50% by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh, for which reference is made to the order dated 11.03.2017, Annexure P-3.
