Apprehending danger to their life and liberty, both petitioners who are in live-in relationship have filed the present petition with a prayer to direct official respondents to protect their life and liberty from respondents No. 4 and 5. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both petitioners are major, petitioner No.1 was born on 01.01.1992 and petitioner No.2 on 18.03.1998. Petitioner No.1 was already married with respondent No.4 and petitioner No.2 was unmarried. It is further submitted that both petitioners had developed an emotional bond and started living together. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 were unhappy with the relationship and were extending threats to eliminate the petitioners. Petitioners moved representation to respondent No.2 for protection of their life and liberty but to no avail. AJ
