(439 of Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 235 Dated 16.12.2025 u/s 308(4), 109 of BNS (Corresponding u/s 387 and 307 of IPC 1860) under Section 25 of Arms Act, PS City Batala, Tehsil and District Gurdaspur. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the complainant alleged that he received an extortion call from an international mobile number demanding ₹30 lakhs and threatening him with dire consequences. Subsequently, on 16.12.2025, an unknown assailant fired at the complainant's shop and, while fleeing, again fired at the complainant and others with the intention to kill them.
