After some arguments in the matter and faced with the observation of the Court that disputed questions would require adjudication in the appeal, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file statutory appeal. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 3. It goes without saying that if such an appeal is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be decided on merits without raising any objection with regard to limitation. 4.
