Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide an order dated January 22, 2026 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, Mr. R.L. Ahuja, Additional District and Sessions Judge (Retd.), House No.4-A, Palam Vihar, Pakhowal Road, V Daad, Ludhiana 142022, Mobile: 9888353526 was appointed as learned Arbitrator. However, the said learned Arbitrator expressed his inability to conduct the arbitral proceedings. Therefore, he prays for personnel of the learned Arbitrator to be substituted. 2.
