Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to designate a Nodal Agency for Sector 70, Faridabad / relavant planning unit by execrsisging powers under Clause 4.1 of the Policy dated 21.08.2015 ( Annexure P – 6) in order to implement the construction and operation of 24 meter wide ‘Sectoral Plan Road’, within such time as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, preferably not later than a period of three (3) months for the date of order. b. Further issuance of writ of mandamus directing Respondent No. 2 to mandatorily designate any public authority viz Respondent No. 3 or Respondent No. 4 a nodal agency in term of clause 4.1 dated 21.08.2015 (Annexure P-6). c.
