The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No. 54 dated 20.01.2022, under Sections 302, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1959 and under Section 25 & 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (Section 120B, 473, 201/34 IPC were added lateron) registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala, Haryana. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the present FIR has been registered on the statement of complainant Subhash Rana @Monu, who alleged that on the day of the occurrence, when his brother Mohit Rana along with his friend had Vishal @ Bhola reached near DAV River School in his car, then 4-5 boys armed with pistols came out of an Eco Sport car and had fired several rounds from their pistols on them which resulted in their death.
