This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT), comprising senior police officials, to investigate the alleged custodial death of the petitioner's husband, namely Abhishek son of Darshan, who allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in the record room of Police Station Raipur Rani, District Panchkula, on 18.06.2025. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to initiate appropriate legal action against private respondents No.6 to 10 and respondent No.5, along with the other police officials, who are alleged to have acted in collusion with the private respondents and in whose custody the deceased allegedly committed suicide. 2.
