This Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India with Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the official respondents to provide protection to life and liberty of the petitioners who are in live-in relationship and are residing together and the respondents No. 4 to 6 are threatening the petitioners with dire consequences. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 has been in a live in relationship with petitioner No.2.
