The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to produce entire record of selection and after perusing the same issue writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus/prohibition directing the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner by issuing appointment letter to the post of Skill Assistant Professor (Mechanical Engineering).
