202 IOIN-1-CWP-1984-2011 in CWP-1984-2011 MOHINDER SINGH V/S STATE OF HARYANA & ORS. Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Harish Kumar Nain, DAG, Haryana. *** The present IOIN has been listed by the Registry with a note that the writ petition was admitted vide order dated 21.09.2011 and, despite the lapse of considerable time, has not been listed on the Regular Board as service upon respondent No.5 remains incomplete. It has been reported that the notice earlier issued to respondent No.5 was received back with the endorsement "retired from service", and the learned counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the correct address of the said respondent. The Registry is directed to intimate the learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish the correct and complete address of respondent No.5 and to take all necessary steps for effecting service upon the said respondent. Upon completion of service on respondent No.5, the case shall be listed for hearing in its due course, as per its turn. IOIN stands disposed of.
