In the present writ petition, following prayers have been made:- “CIVIL WRIT PETITION under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no. 2- MC not to seal, obstruct or otherwise interfere with the existing rear-door access of the petitioner's residential property situated at E-2305, Palam Vihar, Gurugram; AND FURTHER issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the official respondents to act in accordance with law and not to undertake any action affecting the petitioner's property or access thereto without following due process, including issuance of prior notice and affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in the interest of justice, equity and fair play; AND/OR FU
