(ORAL) RREKK The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the transfer order dated 10.02.2026 (Annexure P-3), whereby respondent No.2 transferred the petitioner from the office of the Assistant Commissioner of Excise and Taxation, Pathankot, to the office of the Assistant Commissioner of Sales Tax, Amritsar-2. The petitioner alleges that the said transfer order was issued as a counterblast to the complaint dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure P-2) submitted by her against respondent No.6 alleging workplace harassment, administrative interference, victimization, threats and misconduct falling within the ambit of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as POSH Act, 2013).
