The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing of order dated 12.12.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.4, whereby he was dismissed from service as well as for setting aside order dated 03.06.2020 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 05.04.2021 (Annexure P-3), whereby his appeal and revision have been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was in service, three following FIRs were registered against him: (i) FIR No.85 dated 03.08.2018 registered at Police Station Cantt.
