In the present writ petition, following prayers have been made:- “Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of policies dated 15.11.2021 (Annexure P-12) and 24.11.2022 (Annexure P-13) issued by respondent No.1, as per which, a subsequent purchaser/re-allottee is not considered eligible for allotment of an alternative plot in lieu of original plot; AND for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of impugned order dated 06.09.2023 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.1 whereby legal notice dated 19.04.2021 (Annexure P-7) sent by the petitioner for allotment of an alternative plot had been rejected; AND for issuance of a writ in the
