This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents to register an FIR and conduct a prompt, fair, impartial investigation on the basis of the complaints dated 07.11.2025 and 11.12.2025 submitted by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 07.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.4- Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali but no action has been taken so far.
