Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had participated in the auction process conducted by HSIIDC under the provisions of the Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy, 2020 for allotment of industrial plots at Industrial Estate Dharuhera and as per Advertisement, plot No.113, Sector 15, Industrial Estate Dharuhera was measuring 1012.50 square meters with represented dimensions of 22.50 x 45.00 meters and it is for the said plot that they had deposited the money.
