The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking the concession of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.84 dated 23.06.2025, registered under Sections 109, 191(3) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur. 2.
