The petitioner has approached this Court by way of invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court by filing the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the order dated 31.05.2018 (Annexure P-7), passed by respondent No.2, whereby services of the petitioner have been terminated, and the order dated 10.12.2018/08.01.2019 (Anneuxre P-9), passed by respondent No.1, whereby his appeal against termination order has been rejected. 2.
