The case of the prosecution is that the complainant alleged that the petitioner along with his co-accused wrongfully restrained and robbed him of Rs.2,000/-, his mobile phone, and forcibly transferred Rs.37,000/- from his Google account. During investigation, accused Lovepreet Singh @ Labha was arrested on 05.08.2025, and a datar was recovered from his possession. 3.
