The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide his representation dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure P-5) and Legal Notice dated 30.05.2026 (Annexure P-6) for regularization of his services in terms of the Haryana Government Policies dated 29.07.2011 (Annexure P-2) and 18.06.2014 (Annexure P-4), in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in Civil Appeal No. 1996 of 2024 decided on 16.04.2026 (Annexure P-7). The petitioner further seeks a direction to the respondents to regularize his services in accordance with the aforesaid policies and the law laid down by the Supreme Court, along with all consequential service
