Present contempt petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of order dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP-6606-2026. 2. The aforesaid writ petition was filed challenging the legality of order dated 28.08.2025, whereby the claim of the petitioners for grant of pay scale of Rs.5910-20200+3000 (Grade Pay), had been rejected. In the writ petition, the plea had been taken that order dated 28.08.2025 was in contravention of the recommendations of the Shetty Commission. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 24.03.2026, directing the competent authority to decide the claim of the petitioners by passing a comprehensive order. 3.
