Present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sirsa, whereby the suit filed by the present respondent has been restored without taking into consideration the mandate of law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the suit itself has been decided by the learned trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 30.03.2026 and he has handed over a copy of the aforesaid judgment and decree, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.
