The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.15 dated 11.02.2023, under Sections 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of a misunderstanding which has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised between the parties. He has referred to a copy of the compromise in this regard at Annexure P-2. 3. A Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.0
