The prayer in this writ petition is for establishment of a Community Health Centre at a distance of four kilometres from the existing medical institution. The Community Health Centre is proposed to be shifted to Sector 60, Mohali. 2. The matter was taken up on 19.02.2025, the following order was passed:- “Learned State counsel is directed to file an affidavit as to whether the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, Mohali, which is situated at a distance of 4 kilometres from the Community Health Centre in question, caters to the problem of minor ailments or not.
