The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to appoint an Administrator for managing the affairs of the Gram Panchayat Village Bhamia Khurd for non-compliance of the order (Annexure P-3), ordering the eviction of respondents No.6 to 14 from the land of said Gram Panchayat. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had served a demand notice dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondents No.2 to 5 but the same has not been considered and decided till date.
