Petitioner-Kasim has filed this petition seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent No.5 and his associates. However, also prayed to conduct fair, impartial and proper investigation through some higher police official in FIR No.76 dated 08.05.2026 under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 190, 191(3), 324(4), 351(3) of BNS, was registered at Police Station City Firozpur Jhirka, District Nuh. 2. Learned State counsel refers to paragraph No. 3 of the status report dated 08.07.2026 and submits that during the course of investigation, accused Saddik (respondent No. 5) was arrested on 06.06.2026 and one danda was recovered from him.
