Learned counsel for the petitioner restricting his prayer only to the basic pay but not for gross salary, in view of which, he prays that his case may be considered for the said relief including the arrears, in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to re- consider the claim of the petitioner, within a period of 4 months, in light of submissions made restricting the claim, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
