The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-1), whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Tarn Taran to Patiala, which is at a distance of about 200 kms. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been suffering from various medical ailments and her husband unfortunately passed away on 03.07.2020. Even her brother and father have also passed away. He further submits that the petitioner is residing with her 75 years old mother, who is wholly dependent upon the petitioner. He further submits that the mother of the petitioner is also suffering from Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy/post Anterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery (AICA) which are declared as complicated chronic
