The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking the concession of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.59 dated 07.03.2026, registered under Sections 316(5), 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur. 2. Brief facts of the case relevant for the purpose of disposal of this petition are that the aforementioned FIR was registered on the basis of the statement recorded by complainant Polawarapu Chaitanya, who was working as Assistant General Manager (Punjab) in Sri Chaitanya Techno School.
