(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.66 dated 02.04.2026 registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 333, 351(2), 324(4), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 (Sections 323, 324, 447, 506, 427, 148, 143 IPC) at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.06.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.
