Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 was 23 years while petitioner No.2 Sxxx was 17 years of age. Petitioners fell in love and were in a relationship. Parents of petitioner No.2 were against the relationship and had extended threats to eliminate both petitioners on which account petitioner No.2 joined the company of petitioner No.1.
