The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned promotion order dated 01.03.2019 (Annexure P5) vide which persons junior to the petitioner has been promoted to the post of TGT Sanskrit without preparing seniority list and petitioner’s claim has been rejected vide impugned order dated 13.06.2023(Annexure P12). 2. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner is substantially redressed as vide order dated 19.06.2026, he has been promoted as TGT Sanskrit w.e.f. 01.03.2019 and upon promotion he has been transferred to Yamunanagar.
