Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.23 dated 23.5.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 23, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) (Section 473 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 added later on), at Police Station Amir Khas, District Fazilka. 2.
