(ORAL) 1 By way of the present writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prays for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari against the Gram Panchayat prohibiting them from auctioning the land, which the petitioner claimed to have been leased out to him vide Resolution dated 10.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) for a period of five years. 2 Keeping in view that, by way of the present petition, the petitioner is enforcing his contractual rights, this Court finds that the POOJA SHARMA 2026.07.17 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document petitioner having alternate remedy available, needs to pursue the same. Contractual rights cannot be adjudicated in writ petition. 3 In view thereof, this Court finds no reason to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. ( PANKA
