The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 11 and take action on their representation dated 09.07.2026 (Annexure P-3). 2.
