Learned State counsel refers to the written statement to contend that allocation of the departments has been done as per the merit alphabetically, a criteria which has been adopted vide resolution dated 20.08.2019, which has not been challenged by the petitioner even in the instant petition, in view of which his learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file a representation which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
