Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.133 dated 7.8.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 15(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) (Section 27 of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. The gravamen of the FIR in question is that on 7.8.2024 on a secret information, a raid was conducted at the house of the petitioner and 70 Kgs. of poppy husk was recovered from the petitioner. 3.
