Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.154 dated 25.04.2025, under sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar. 2. On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition, however, he seeks liberty to take appropriate steps during the course of trial, by raising all the issues before the concerned Court. 3. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed, being not pressed, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above.
