SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Impugned Speaking Order dated 29.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent no.4 being illegal and contrary to the provision of law and the facts of the case and further issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant retiral benefits including family pension, retirement gratuity, general provident fund and incentive contributory fund and other benefits alongwith arrears and interest @ 9% p.a.
