Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case vide FIR No.40 dated 03.04.2026, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code, Police Station Ghall Khurd, Tehsil and District Ferozepur. This is the first petition for anticipatory bail. 2. Complainant Lalit Mohan Beri son of Jagdish Chander Beri made a complaint to the police on the lines that he was owner/partner of Ghall Petrol Pump, Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur. Accused Jaspreet Singh @ Jassi, who was an employee in the petrol pump for the last 7 years, had been maintaining account books and records, On 03.04.2024, when he checked the daily account books, entries of Rs.25,000/- in the name of 2 landlords were found suspicious.
