The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.43 dated 07.03.2026 under Section 318(4) of B.N.S, registered at Police Station Maloud, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1). 2.
