Mohini and others”, is pending before learned Addl. District Judge, Karnal. Peoner herein is the appellant in that appeal. He is aggrieved by the fact that on 04.07.2026, the Court adjourned the ma-er for arguments for 13.08.2026 a/er nocing that adjournment was being granted on the request of learned counsel for the pares. 2.
