(ORAL) Present appeal has been preferred by the appellants-claimants who are wife, 4 children and parents of Harbir (hereinafter referred to as the ‘deceased’), who died in motor vehicular accident which took place on 27.06.1998, on account of rash and negligent driving by respondent driver while driving car bearing registration No. HR-30A-4548, being aggrieved by the insufficient compensation of Rs.1,52,200/- awarded vide impugned award dated 05.03.2001, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Faridabad (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’). 2.
