Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been acquitted of all the charges framed against him vide judgment dated 07.05.2026 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amloh. A copy of the said judgment has been placed furnished in Court by learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. In view of the aforesaid subsequent development, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3, Dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly. 4.
