(ORAL) 1. Learned counsel submits that the claim of the petitioners for regularisation was rejected vide the impugned order dated 13.05.2021, Annexure P-11 on the premise of pendency of SLP-31566-2018, which now stands decided along with a batch of other cases, on 16.04.2026 in Civil Appeal No.1998-2024. He further states that a Departmental Committee constituted for considering the cases of genuineness of claim of regularisation and has recommended claim of the petitioners and prays that a decision thereon be taken. 2. Learned State counsel on instructions states that a decision in that regard shall be taken within a period of 3 months. 3.
