Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case vide FIR No.213 dated 24.12.2024, under Sections 118(2), 117(2), 118(1), 115(2), 333, 324(4), 191(3), 190 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Khalra, Tehsil Patti, District Tarn Taran, Punjab. This is the first petition for anticipatory bail. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was co- villager of the complainant who requested him to become an eye witness to the occurrence in the FIR and when he refused, he was falsely implicated. Petitioner was neither present at the place of occurrence nor had any connection with the incident. He was attributed blow with sword on left arm of the complainant.
