The petitioners are seeking a direction from this Court to respondents No. 1 to 5 to protect their life and liberty as they apprehend danger to their life & liberty from respondents No. 6 to 10 i.e. relatives of petitioner No. 2, who are objecting to the marriage solemnized by the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners, being major, have solemnized their marriage against the wishes of respondents No. 6 to 10. It is contended that they apprehend a threat to their life and personal liberty at the hands of the said respondents.
