JUSTICE NAMIT KUMAR Present: - Mr. Rajwinder Singh Jolly, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Akhil Kamra, AAG, Punjab. NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) 1. On the last date of hearing i.e. 04.11.2025, the following order was passed: - “The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to reinstate him till the conclusion of proceedings arising out of FIR No. 47 dated 06.04.2025, under Sections 123, 316 (2), 85 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur. The petitioner joined Punjab Home Guards in 1992. He was posted at Ferozepur. He came to be embroiled in aforementioned FIR. Apprehending arrest, he filed CRM- M-26790 of 2025, before this Court seeking anticipatory bail. This Court vide order dated 18.08.2025 granted interim bail with the direction to petitioner to join investigation. As per medical report dated 09.06.202
